I
wanted the Yamaha F300 XTO DES white engines. They cost $4k more then the grey ones but I really like the way they look and should be easier to keep looking nice without fading. This new engine has the same F300 proven powerhead with added full fly-by-wire controls including electric steering, no more hydraulic hoses or steering pumps! New steering also adjust sensitivity at the help depending upon speed. They have a new beefed up lower unit and when in reverse the exhaust is diverted above the hub so the prop has clean water. I look forward to the new power plant.
